The Original Buddies
We started Bar Buddies out of necessity. The bar scene in Baton Rouge is entirely it’s own, a complete original that can’t be reproduced and wouldn’t work anywhere else. We knew we had all the ingredients to mobilize that feeling and bring it right to people’s door or venue. Everyday we reflected on how much fun our journey through the craft had been and continues to be. Tim called me at 1:00 AM on a rainy Baton Rouge night and right then and there we started working on the systems and processes for which the foundation of Bar Buddies was built. The next day I maxed out my credit card buying materials to build our first bar, and couldn’t have been happier to do so.
