Every event is completely different. We take pride in providing a very customizable experience for our clients. We provide estimations during our event consultation, there are a couple things to keep in mind when requiring a bar service and the ways we help maximize savings.

Wait, Bar Buddies can save me money (and time)?
Yes! Using our knowledge of sourcing, avoiding high rental fees since we own all our assets outright, and letting us take care of it all will drive your savings through the roof! We even compare liquor prices and can provide information of up-front savings and return policies.
General Guidelines
Bartenders start at $60/hour
Great bartenders are priceless. We don’t spill or waste, responsibly distribute disposables (we care about the sea turtles) and more importantly are always behind the bar are hand delivering our drinks to your thirsty guest.
Bar Displays are $100 each
Generally, our bar displays are very price stable. Speak easy themed smoky vibes? We can do that. A psychedelic funk bar? We’ve got tie-dye too. All-white linen, with gold accent Catholic wedding? We eat those displays for breakfast.
We Responsible Source Materials
Events can be expensive, we don’t charge premiums on anything you ask us to collect such as ice or produce.
